Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Access and Patient Support is seeking a Program Manager to lead client relationships and ensure successful execution of programs for pharmaceutical clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage onboarding and ongoing programs, and deliver performance insights for executive reviews.

The role requires strong leadership, client management experience in healthcare, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or combination of 5 years relevant experience in client management, account management, or operations management.
• At least 3 years of formal leadership experience consisting of direct reports.
• At least 1 year of client management experience within the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills; includes presentation skills.
• Demonstrated project management preferred.
• Understanding of P&L statements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow client relationships and ensure program success across assigned clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on program goals and client expectations.
• Provide timely reporting and insights to clients and Cardinal Health leadership.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and ongoing program optimization.
• Manage performance metrics and escalate issues to ensure service quality.
