Job summary

Cardinal Health needs a Program Manager to own client relationships and drive successful outcomes for Sonexus Access and Patient Support. You will oversee onboarding, implementation, and ongoing program performance while guiding cross-functional teams and senior leadership updates.

You will mentor staff, manage scheduling, understand P&L influences, and travel ~25% to support customers and projects in pharma and healthcare contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years client/operational experience.
• Minimum 3 years formal leadership experience.
• Pharma/healthcare client management preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to achieve goals and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate onboarding, implementation, and post-launch support.
