Cardinal Health Sonexus Access and Patient Support is seeking a Program Manager to oversee client relationships, coordinate onboarding, and deliver program outcomes across teams. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, accountability for performance, and ongoing client engagement.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple client accounts, drive profitability, and provide insights through reporting while collaborating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years in client management, account management, or operations management.
• At least 3 years of formal leadership experience with direct reports.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; includes presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with a defined client set to meet goals and Cardinal Health objectives.
• Lead cross-functional coordination for onboarding, implementation, and post-launch work.
• Provide regular program status to clients and senior leadership (QBRs, Monthly Reviews).
• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Analyze and improve program processes to increase efficiency and reduce client expenses.
