Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Program Manager to oversee client relationships and drive successful program outcomes within our Sonexus platform. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage onboarding, implementation, and ongoing performance reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in client management or operations, strong leadership, and solid MS Office proficiency, with a focus on healthcare industry knowledge and P&L awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or combination of 5 years relevant experience in client management, account management, or operations management.
• At least 3 years of formal leadership experience consisting of direct reports.
• At least 1 year of client management experience within the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills; includes presentation skills.
• Demonstrated project management preferred.
• Understanding of P&L statements.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the relationship with assigned clients to achieve goals identified by the customer and Cardinal Health.
• Identify, understand, and resolve business, distribution, and operational issues; respond to inquiries.
• Mentor direct reports to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Interact with clients to provide resolution to inquiries and updates on program performance.
• Deliver a portfolio of solutions that meet both Cardinal Health and client goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with internal and external partners.
