Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Program Manager to manage key client relationships and ensure alignment with business goals. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee onboarding, implementation, and ongoing program performance, while driving profitability and ensuring high-quality service.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and demonstrated experience in the healthcare sector. Travel up to 25% may be required as projects distribute across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or combination of 5 years relevant experience in client management, account management, or operations management.
• At least 3 years of formal leadership experience consisting of direct reports.
• At least 1 year of client management experience within the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills; includes presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the success of relationships with assigned clients to achieve customer and Cardinal Health goals.
• Identify, understand, and resolve business, distribution, and operational issues; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Lead and deliver professional program status to clients and Cardinal Health senior leadership with regular reviews.
