Job summary

ADP in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, multi-team initiatives, ensure on-time delivery, budget and quality, and maintain clear communications with stakeholders across Product, Operations, Compliance and Finance.

The role requires 10+ years of program management, strong executive communication, risk and scope management, and the ability to develop briefing materials for senior leaders while guiding cross-functional teams to strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience.
• Experience with industry standard program management techniques, tools and best practices.
• Experience managing complex programs includes integration across multiple work streams, multiple suppliers and customer resources.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements.
• Experience with non-technical, process and operations-related programs a must.

Responsibilities

• Provides day to day program execution: directing issue resolution, risk definition/mitigation, scope details and execution plan.
• Develop and maintain/update presentation material for leadership reviews, create schedules with milestones and provide visibility on important projects.
• Collect, assemble and analyze data to track metrics and share progress with minimal direction.
• Develops executive level briefing and utilizes appropriate technologies to enable integration/collaboration.
• Develop and maintain program level schedule and budget; monitor and track execution; negotiate project changes and baselines.
• Maintains positive internal customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
