Job summary

ADP is seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs, maintain schedules, budgets, and quality, and ensure on-time delivery of critical roadmap milestones. You will coordinate with Product Management, Operations, Compliance, Implementation, Service, legal, and finance to keep stakeholders informed.

You will lead risk management, prepare executive briefings, and manage scope to prevent creep while delivering results.

Qualifications

10+ years' Program Management experience.
Experience with industry standard program management techniques, tools and best practices.
Experience managing complex programs includes integration activities across multiple work streams, multiple suppliers and customer resources.

Responsibilities

Provides day to day program execution: directing issue resolution, risk definition/mitigation, scope details, execution plan.
Develop and maintain/update presentation material for leadership reviews, create schedules with timelines for milestones and provide visibility on projects.
Collect, organize and analyze data to track and share metrics; apply policies and procedures to ensure progress toward deliverables.
Develops executive level briefing and utilizes appropriate technologies for collaboration.
Develop and maintain program level schedule and budget; monitor progress and communicate status to participants.
Maintain positive internal customer relationships and ensure superior customer satisfaction.
