Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager II to own end-to-end initiatives across North American stores, driving improvements in delivery speed, reliability, and reach. You will work with product, operations, engineering, and field teams to scale innovative solutions that enhance the customer shopping experience.

In this role, you will analyze performance data to identify opportunities, define scope and KPIs, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize cross-functional program life-cycles across North America stores, improving delivery execution.
• Identify operational improvements by analyzing performance data and delivery trends.
• Collaborate with product, operations, engineering, and field teams to remove blockers and hit milestones.
• Define program scope and KPIs, tracking progress with data-driven insights.
• Communicate status and trade-offs to stakeholders to accelerate decisions.
