Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own strategic and cross-functional projects, driving execution and delivering measurable improvements. The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder management, and executive communication across multiple teams and partners.

You will develop business requirements, lead operational programs related to grocery banners, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues. A track record in end-to-end delivery is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Responsabilidades

• Design comprehensive program strategies that drive operational improvements and support business objectives
• Coordinate complex projects across multiple teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
