Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own strategic, cross-functional initiatives across grocery operations, vendors, and partners. You will scope projects, develop processes, coordinate execution, and report status and risks to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in program management, strong analytical skills, and experience leading end-to-end delivery with cross-team coordination. This role is based in Seattle with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables & charts, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive program strategies that drive operational improvements and support business objectives.
• Coordinate complex projects across multiple teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Leverage analytics to identify opportunities, track performance, and implement continuous improvements.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential challenges in program execution.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership, presenting clear insights and recommendations.
