Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, cross-functional programs for new and existing grocery distribution center launches, plus ASRS and operational retrofits, delivering ambitious goals across Operations, Construction Real Estate, and Design teams.
• Lead end-to-end project execution for industrial facilities ranging from 60k to 1M square feet with sophisticated mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Develop and standardize scalable processes for network-wide expansion and reduce ambiguity and churn.
• Orchestrate readiness activities across multiple teams to ensure successful project launches.
• Own program communication and stakeholder management, presenting status and metrics to leadership.
• Travel up to 25% regionally to support on-site launches and retrofits.
