Job summary

Amazon in New York is seeking a Program Manager II to own end-to-end initiatives across North America for Grocery delivery. You will collaborate with product, operations, engineering, and field teams to drive improvements in speed, reliability, and reach, using data-driven insights to tackle ambiguous business problems and deliver measurable results.

You'll analyze performance metrics, set KPIs, manage cross-functional dependencies, and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders to accelerate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, charts, lookups, etc.).
• Experience with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize complex, cross-functional program life-cycles that improve Amazon Grocery delivery execution across multiple stores in North America.
• Proactively identify operational improvement opportunities by analyzing performance data and delivery trends.
• Collaborate with product, operations, engineering, and field teams to align needs and deliver milestones on time.
• Define program scope and objectives, establishing KPIs and tracking mechanisms to measure progress with data-driven insights.
• Communicate program status and trade-offs to stakeholders to accelerate decision-making and maintain alignment.
