Job summary

Delta Dental seeks an Expert Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within the Payment Integrity organization. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable work plans, drive execution, and provide leadership-level visibility across data, analytics, technology, and AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale programs, breaking down strategies into workstreams, and delivering on-time results through influence and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of program management, project management, or related leadership experience.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Experience with data analytics, healthcare/payor domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate long-term strategic objectives into actionable work plans and 12-week planning cycles.
• Drive execution of complex programs and projects across multiple Payment Integrity teams and business functions.
• Create structure, visibility, and accountability around priorities, deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, and status reporting for leadership stakeholders.
• Identify, monitor, and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and decision points.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across business and technology teams.
• Lead stakeholder communications and executive reporting, providing visibility into program health, accomplishments, challenges, and key decisions.
• Support initiatives involving data infrastructure, data warehousing, vendor solutions, analytics platforms, and emerging AI and machine learning capabilities.
