Job summary

Delta Dental of California seeks a Senior Data Program Consultant to orchestrate the data portfolio, ensure delivery of data products, and align initiatives with stakeholders. You will drive the Enterprise Data Program roadmap, oversee Agile ceremonies, and coordinate cross-domain activities to achieve program goals.

Responsibilities include KPI tracking, risk management, and coordinating with analytics teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics and program management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development of a 1-3 year Enterprise Data Program roadmap across data areas.
• Lead Agile Theme Review and Planning; create decks for leadership review.
• Drive cross-domain alignment between data product roadmaps and Enterprise Data Program roadmap.
• Own Agile processes for the Data & Analytics CoE, including EPIC creation and prioritization.
• Partner with Scrum Masters to track sprint progress and address blockers.
• Track and publish Data Program KPIs and report issues/risks.
• Manage Central Intake meetings and the intake dashboard as business owner.
• Lead enterprise data initiatives with project plans, milestones, and risk management.
