Job summary

Delta Dental in Oakland, CA is seeking a Senior Data Program Consultant to own development activities across the data portfolio and ensure data products meet program goals and stakeholder needs.

You will lead a 1-3 year Enterprise Data Program roadmap, drive Agile Theme Review and Planning, coordinate cross-domain roadmaps, manage KPI tracking, and oversee the Central Intake process and enterprise data initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in data analytics and program management.
• Understanding of enterprise data programs and governance.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a 1-3 year Enterprise Data Program roadmap.
• Lead Agile Theme Review and Planning; create decks for approval.
• Coordinate cross-domain alignment across data initiatives.
• Lead program communication for awareness of initiatives and status.
• Oversee Agile processes for the Data & Analytics CoE.
• Partner with Scrum Masters to track sprint progress.
• Monitor Data Program KPIs and publish quarterly updates.
• Manage Central Intake process and dashboard.
• Lead enterprise data initiatives as needed.
