Delta Dental of California is seeking a Senior Data Program Consultant to oversee a data portfolio, drive enterprise roadmaps, and align cross-domain initiatives with leadership. You will manage agile processes, KPI tracking, and stakeholder communications while coordinating with Scrum Masters and analytics teams.

The role emphasizes data governance, program management, and effective collaboration across multiple data domains to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics and program management.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise data programs and data governance principles.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, processes, and tools (e.g., EPIC creation, sprint planning, backlog refinement).
• Expertise in cross-functional team alignment and stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership updates.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the development and maintenance of a 1-3 year Enterprise Data Program roadmap across all data program areas.
• Lead Agile Theme Review and Planning; create decks and present for approval with analytics teams and leadership.
• Drive cross-domain alignment; ensure roadmaps align; identify and address dependencies.
• Lead enterprise data program communications, including the Consolidated Roadmap and dependencies.
• Own Agile processes for the Data & Analytics CoE, including EPIC creation and prioritization.
• Partner with Scrum Masters to track sprint progress and resolve issues (planning, backlog refinement, prioritization).
• Track and publish Data Program KPIs; manage risks and issues.
• Manage Data Analytics Initiatives; develop project plans and oversee milestones and risks.
