Delta Dental is seeking a Senior Data Program Consultant to drive the Enterprise Data Program roadmap and ensure data products meet stakeholder goals. You will lead Agile planning, coordinate across data domains, and manage KPI tracking while partnering with Scrum Masters to keep sprints on track.

The role requires 4+ years of data analytics and program management experience, strong communication, and the ability to align cross-functional teams toward enterprise data governance and strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in data analytics and program management required.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise data programs and data governance principles.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, processes, and tools (e.g., EPIC creation, sprint planning, backlog refinement).
• Knowledge of data analytics frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics tracking.
• Expertise in cross-functional team alignment and stakeholder collaboration.
• Understanding of enterprise-wide communication strategies and tools for project updates and status reporting.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills, including ability to create and deliver presentations to leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development of a 1-3 year Enterprise Data Program roadmap across all data program areas.
• Lead Agile Theme Review and Planning process; create decks for leadership approval.
• Drive cross-domain alignment between roadmaps and Enterprise Data Program roadmap.
• Lead enterprise data program communications and status reporting.
• Own Agile processes for the Data & Analytics CoE; oversee epics, features, and stories.
• Partner with Scrum Masters to track sprint progress and resolve issues.
• Track and publish quarterly Data Program KPIs; document risks and issues.
• Manage Central Intake process and dashboard ownership.
• Lead enterprise data initiatives; develop project plans and manage milestones.
