HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management and technology delivery across HDR’s Resources Group. The role blends leadership in program management, service delivery technology, and technical project execution.

You will align strategy with delivery, lead teams, and shape HDR’s plans for the next 3–5 years while collaborating with senior leaders and other service delivery leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional field is required.
• 10+ years of related field experience.
• Engineering registration and team management experience preferred.
• Master's degree and PMP certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management and service delivery technology initiatives.
• Coordinate with leadership and technology teams across HDR Resources Group.
• Develop strategic technology roadmaps for multiple service delivery classes.
• Mentor staff, recruit and retain talent, and align with HDR values.
• Represent HDR as an industry thought leader and ensure quality execution.
