Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Resources Program Management and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR’s Resources Business Group. This hybrid role blends leadership, strategy, and execution across cross-functional teams to advance delivery excellence.

You will shape the strategic plan for the next 3–5 years, lead staff development, and align technology with business goals while working with senior leadership and a wide network of professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field and 10+ years in a related role.
• Professional registration and HDR employee ownership culture.
• Experience leading diverse teams and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management services and technology integration for HDR's Resources Business Group.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery leaders to ensure technical excellence and staffing.
• Develop strategic plans and technology roadmaps for program management.
• Mentor staff and advance recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Represent HDR in industry engagements and pursue continuous improvement.
