Job summary

Draper seeks a Program Finance Analyst 3 to support programs with strong Earned Value management and DoD contract experience. You will provide timely cost and schedule metrics, assist baseline development, and generate EAC updates to guide program decisions.

You will also deliver variance analyses, support PMRs/QBRs, and ensure accurate invoicing and receivables. A Secret clearance or ability to obtain is required for this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of Analyst or related experience in program finance or DoD contracting.
  • Security clearance: current in-scope Secret clearance preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance using Earned Value or related processes.
  • Support baseline development, charge numbers, and WBS; update EAC and related packages.
  • Prepare variance analyses and recovery plans; support PMRs and QBRs with financial inputs.
