Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to drive strategic cross-functional programs within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will create and maintain project plans, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and success metrics across global initiatives.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Support to deliver programs on time and with tangible business impact, emphasizing governance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across groups to drive clarity and rhythm of business.
• Strong change-management mindset and business acumen to ramp quickly.
• Ability to manage matrixed organization complexity and drive outcomes.
• Experience steering multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team programs.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for leadership and communications.
• Strong verbal and written communications across distributed audiences.
• Experience in a commercial organization with partner and customer-facing employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs across Sales and Success Digital Enablement.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and communication strategies.
• Foster partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Drive projects using ROB, governance, change impact assessment, and execution model.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve issues and pursue continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Establish performance indicators and report program status to executives.
• Advise team on processes, policies, and reporting requirements.
