Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to lead strategic initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team in the US. The role focuses on go-to-market alignment, regional and functional coordination, and building robust project plans, RACIs, and stakeholder maps to deliver measurable business impact.

The position is hybrid, in-office 3 days per week in the United States, with responsibilities spanning program execution, governance, risk management

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven track record collaborating across groups to drive clarity and rhythm of business.
• Proactive with a strong change-management mindset and business acumen.
• Ability to manage matrixed organizational complexity and drive outcomes.
• Proven ability to drive multi-stakeholder planning and cross-team programs.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for leadership and clear communications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across a dispersed audience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Success, IT and Marketing.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps and communication strategies.
• Provide project administration and process support to a team of project managers.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Deliver detailed program status reports to executive leadership.
