Sage in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a Program Execution and Project Manager to drive global initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will coordinate cross-functional programs, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable business impact across RTR and regional partners.

This hybrid role requires strong planning, change management, and communication skills to guide complex programs from conception through execution, with executive reporting and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in business program management or project management.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders.
• Strong change management and business acumen across diverse offerings.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder planning and complex programs.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for leadership and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead global strategic initiatives and programs with cross-functional teams.
• Develop project plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and communications.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Support.
• Advance projects through governance, change impact assessments, and execution models.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; drive continuous improvement.
• Create performance metrics and report program status to executives.
