Job summary

WCG is seeking a Program Director to oversee the end-to-end management of assigned client relationships and to provide governance across partnerships. This role ensures our solutions meet client needs with clear KPI oversight and a unified service delivery approach.

Responsibilities include preparing annual operational plans, managing SLAs, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking results, and communicating program status to executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience with a proven record of successful delivery and customer impact.
• 5+ years of experience working on pharmaceutical industry projects requiring CFR Part 11 compliance.
• 3+ years of experience in Account Management/Client Relationship Management.
• Background in Clinical Research and technology preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills with cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual operational plans, reports and executive briefs for WCG client programs.
• Plan, schedule and manage periodic client governance meetings as defined per client.
• Manage all Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and Governance Agreements for clients.
• Set objectives & goals for the program and track progress, setbacks, and performance.
• Manage relationship and communicate program status to client and WCG executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional staffed programs and ensure documentation is complete.
• Provide strategic vision and leadership while directing client programs.
• Assess and manage program risks with operations to implement action plans.
• Track and analyze program results and ROI for customers.
• Support sales and onboarding cycles with deck preparation and client responses.
