Job summary

WCG is seeking a Program Director to oversee total client relationships and govern partnerships. You will provide program oversight, develop KPIs, and ensure our solutions meet customer needs. You will also help unify service delivery for a seamless customer experience across programs.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing risks, tracking results, and supporting sales during onboarding. A PMP is a plus; 10+ years’ PM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management with multi-client delivery and impact.
• 5+ years on pharmaceutical projects requiring CFR Part 11 compliance.
• 3+ years in Account Management / Client Relationships.
• Background in Clinical Research and technology preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with cross-functional communication.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and lead in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual operational plans, reports and executive briefs for customer programs.
• Plan, schedule and manage periodic client governance meetings as defined per client.
• Manage all SLAs, governance agreements, and required reporting for clients.
• Set objectives and track progress, setbacks and overall performance.
• Coordinate and oversee cross-functional staffed programs and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic vision and leadership; manage program risks with action plans.
