Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks an onsite financial analyst in El Segundo, CA to prepare cost and performance reports, support EVM cadence, and process Baseline Change Requests with IPTLs and program teams.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years in a related role.
• Excel for financial analysis and reporting, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly cost and program performance reports, including EV reporting and EACs.
• Support the EVM cadence and IPMDAR external reporting requirements.
• Coordinate Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) per established processes.
• Perform financial and program performance analysis to support variance reporting.
• Support Program Managers and IPTLs with ad hoc financial analysis.
• Prepare and submit monthly Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
• Support monthly forecast updates with program stakeholders and update Rplan.
• Analyze cost, schedule, budget, actuals, forecast, and EV data for reporting.
• Coordinate financial information and forecast updates with stakeholders.
