RTX is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead a team of analysts in a hybrid role at our US-MA location. You will oversee earned value, program performance, and forecast processes while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

The role requires strong analytical skills, SAP/APEX experience, and MS Office proficiency, with U.S. citizenship required for access to program information. Join RTX to contribute to defense programs and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Experience using SAP and/or APEX and/or similar financial system.
• Experience with MS Office tools.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of financial analysts by providing support, mentorship and training.
• Manage earned value and analyze program performance ensuring compliance with internal policy.
• Develop quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs).
• Interface with Program Management Office and Integrated Product Leadership Team, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
• Support the development of inputs and updates to Monthly Forecasts, AOP and LRP objectives.
• Meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
• Use strong analytical abilities to understand data and enable informed decisions.
• Prepare finance charts for program reviews and reporting activities.
• Participate in leadership strategy reviews.
• Support proposal development, submittals, negotiations and startup activities.
