Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance Analyst to support cost, schedule, and earned value management efforts across advanced aerospace programs. The role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with program teams, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

The position offers hybrid work on-site and remote collaboration with a focus on accurate forecasting and decision support. Ideal candidates have a university degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in finance for defense

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years of relevant experience or advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with APEX/SAP Managed Programs in Finance.
• Experience in a program cost schedule and control environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed weekly financial analysis to Schedule and Budget.
• Update Quality Earned Value metrics and Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) monthly.
• Assist in preparing quarterly EACs for Quality including EAC inputs from and updates in APEX/PMX.
• Support weekly and monthly oversight of Quality labor forecasts, monitor costs and document variances.
• Provide timely analysis to support business, program, and project decisions.
