Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Executive Director of Product & Vertical Marketing to translate insights into differentiated GTM strategies that drive launch success, seller effectiveness, customer adoption, and revenue growth.

The leader bridges Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Channel Partners, and Regional Marketing to ensure market-driven solutions are effectively positioned, launched, and adopted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• 12+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• 7+ years leading Product Marketing, Vertical Marketing, Go-to-Market, or related marketing organizations.
• Proven experience supporting complex B2B technology or enterprise solutions businesses.
• Demonstrated success launching products, driving revenue growth, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving adoption of product messaging, launch plans, and go-to-market motions.

Responsibilities

• Vertical Marketing Leadership: Define and lead industry marketing strategies for key target verticals.
• Team & Organizational Leadership: Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Customer & Market Intelligence: Establish processes for capturing insights and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Change Management: Own change management for product launches and GTM initiatives.
• Product Marketing Leadership: Define and execute global product marketing strategy to accelerate adoption and revenue.
• Sales Enablement & Revenue Growth: Develop enablement tools, playbooks, and assets to improve seller readiness and pipeline.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Channel, and Leadership teams to align strategy and execution.
