Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Director of Go-to-Market for Professional Services to shape how PS offerings drive adoption of the ELERA platform among mid-market and channel retail clients. You will own the strategy, portfolio, and routes to market across direct, partner, and alliance-led channels.

Lead cross-functional teams with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Business Partners to create service definitions and packaging that accelerate revenue growth and platform

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in professional services or GTM strategy.
• Experience shaping a services portfolio strategy and multi-route GTM models at scale.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the GTM strategy for Professional Services.
• Design service definitions and packaging models for platform adoption and multi-route reach.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Business Partner teams to build service-led sales initiatives and value narratives.
• Analyze market and competitive trends in retail technology services to inform strategy.
• Own the route-to-market models and packaging for each route.
• Ensure the portfolio is represented in partner enablement programs for consistent delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery leadership to translate strategy into field execution.
• Develop metrics and reporting to track impact on revenue growth and retention.
• Represent GTM strategy in executive planning and forecasting discussions.
