Qualifications

• Ability to discuss software architecture, application design, deployment pipelines, and production support at a practical depth.
• Experience communicating directly with customers, explaining technical implementations and trade-offs.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams to meet client commitments.
• Ability to balance leadership with hands-on technical engagement when needed.
• Strong communication skills for customers, senior leadership, and technical audiences.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, release coordination, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead client delivery execution for complex software implementations and production readiness activities.
• Maintain hands-on fluency across the software stack to assess implementation feasibility and risks.
• Translate technical details into clear client-facing explanations and timelines.
• Engage directly with customers to address concerns and build confidence in delivery plans.
• Coordinate internal teams around priorities, dependencies, risks, and go-live commitments.
• Drive delivery discipline through planning, readiness reviews, risk management, and release coordination.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to validate approach and troubleshoot blockers.
• Use metrics and feedback to improve delivery predictability and quality.
