Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions seeks a Director of Portfolio Management for Professional Services to guide the global portfolio spanning consulting, implementation, and managed services. You will own the portfolio vision, P&L, and cross-functional leadership across marketing, sales, and delivery to drive profitability and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Professional Services or Product Management.
• 10+ years of Personnel Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Business, Marketing, or Software focus.
• Translate industry and customer insight into executable strategic vision.
• Translate business requirements into service solution definitions using market analysis.
• Lead PM lifecycle to bring services to market across functions.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar services portfolios in SaaS/cloud/retail tech.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen with revenue/profit forecasting.
• Executive-level presentation and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a portfolio of professional services aligned with software and services strategy.
• Define strategic direction, identify target markets, and conduct financial modeling.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans with marketing, sales, and delivery.
• Launch new services and equip regional teams to win in the market.
• Manage services financials from capacity planning to revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with delivery and marketing to drive results.
• Build relationships with strategic global customers.
• Deliver thought leadership to press and analysts with compelling messaging.
• Work with TGCS leadership to expand market opportunity and scale.
