Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Director of Portfolio Management for Professional Services to lead the strategic definition, execution, and financial performance of a global portfolio spanning consulting, implementation, custom software development, integration, modernization, and managed services.

This role owns the portfolio vision and strategy, P&L performance, and cross-functional leadership to drive results.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Professional Services or Product Management.
• 10+ years of Personnel Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; degree emphasis in Business, Marketing, or Software.
• Dynamic, articulate, energetic, and self-starter personality with ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into services definitions based on market analysis and retailer needs.

Responsibilities

• Build a portfolio of professional services aligned with software and services strategy to achieve objectives and growth.
• Define target markets, conduct market research and financial modeling for service definitions.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans across marketing, sales, and delivery to drive market success.
• Launch new services and enable regional teams with tools to win in the market.
• Manage services financials from capacity planning to revenue and profitability to optimize delivery and outcomes.
• Collaborate with delivery and marketing teams to drive results.
• Build relationships with strategic global customers.
• Deliver thought leadership through messaging and engagement with press and analysts.
• Work with TGCS leadership to scale market opportunities and the business.
