Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years in program and project management.
• 7+ years managing client-facing technical solutions.
• Proven retail tech or POS delivery experience.
• Expertise in SDLC, software architecture, and embedded tech.
• PM certifications: PMP, SAFe, Scrum or plan to obtain one.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables across projects.
• Align requirements and architecture into integrated project plans.
• Facilitate client communication on progress and outcomes.
• Drive process improvements and tool usage across teams.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and ensure quality.
• Track KPIs and provide executive-status updates.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
