Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in product management, strategic/technical marketing, sales, engineering, or operations.
• No relocation is offered; must reside within 50‑mile radius of Menomonee Falls, WI.
• Employer will not sponsor immigration status.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the execution of the strategic plan for assigned product(s).
• Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve profit plan and financial objectives.
• Coordinate and develop support materials for domestic and international launches.
• Analyze competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
• Measure and report product line performance monthly.
• Manage price realization objectives and targets.
• Create technical sales presentations for customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with interunit partners for road‑mapping, introductions and NPD.
