Job summary

Eaton's Industrial Controls Division seeks a Product Manager for High-Performance LV VFDs for a hybrid role in Raleigh, NC (also based in Beachwood, OH; Moon Township, PA; or Menomonee Falls, WI) with ~25% travel. You will own the product family strategy, roadmap, pricing, and lifecycle, collaborating across sales, engineering, finance, and operations to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum 7 years of commercial experience, including product management, marketing, and/or sales
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience (including responsibility for product strategy, roadmaps, product lifecycle management, and business performance) within the electrical market (including power distribution, motor control, automation markets)
• Experience leading new product development, product launches, and commercialization initiatives in a cross-functional environment
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including forecasting, pricing, margin management, and business case development

• The Industrial Controls Division is transforming and product management translates market opportunities into strategy, roadmaps, and growth initiatives for LV VFDs.
• Partner across functions to identify growth opportunities, prioritize investments, and improve business results with customer, market, and financial insights.
• Develop and execute pricing, positioning, and value proposition strategies to improve competitiveness and profitability.
• Lead product lifecycle management including new product development, launches, enhancements, rationalization, and obsolescence decisions.
• Represent the product family with customers, channel partners, field sales, and industry stakeholders to drive market adoption and growth.
