The role is based in Menomonee Falls, WI, with flexibility to be based in Asheville, NC; Beachwood, OH; Irvine, CA; Moon Township, PA; Raleigh, NC; or other hybrid locations.

You will own the strategy, roadmap, and business performance for the Motor Control & Protection portfolios, translating market needs into differentiated offerings, and leading cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years in product management/marketing/engineering with 3+ years of product strategy ownership.
• Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic/international).

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and business performance for Motor Control & Protection portfolios.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Drive pricing, value proposition development, and domestic/international product launches.
• Lead multiple product managers.
