Eaton’s Industrial Control Division is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Motor Control & Protection. This hybrid role can be based in Moon Township, PA or other U.S. sites.

You will own the strategy, roadmap, and business performance for the Motor Control & Protection portfolios, translating market needs into differentiated offerings and leading cross‑functional execution. You’ll manage pricing, value propositions, and domestic/international launches, while guiding multiple product managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years in product management, strategic/technical marketing, engineering, sales, or operations within motor protection/circuit protection with 3+ years owning product strategy/roadmaps and price management.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H-1B options offered.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Asheville, Beachwood, Irvine, Menomonee Falls, Moon Township, or Raleigh eligible.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and business performance for Motor Control & Protection portfolios; align with division/enterprise strategy.
• Translate market trends and customer needs into differentiated offerings; lead cross-functional execution.
• Lead global product lifecycle activities and coordinate domestic/international launches with supporting materials.
• Co-own inventory levels for applicable sensor lines to meet market lead times; partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain.
• Create and deliver technical sales presentations; lead and develop team members toward unified strategy.
• Collaborate across regions (EMEA/APAC) on Global Product Line introductions.
