Job summary

Eaton’s Industrial Control Division seeks a Senior Product Manager for Motor Control & Protection. Hybrid role based in Asheville, Raleigh, or other listed sites, leading strategy, roadmap and profitability for NEMA/IEC protection portfolios.

You will drive pricing, value propositions, and domestic/international launches, while mentoring a team of product managers. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to translate market trends into

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
8+ years in product management, marketing, engineering, sales, or operations with 3+ years leading strategy and price management.
No visa sponsorship; relocation not provided; candidates within 50-mile radius of listed locations only; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Own and execute multi-year strategy and roadmap for Motor Control & Protection portfolios.
Lead global product lifecycle, launches, and supporting materials across regions.
Drive pricing, value proposition development, and market-based performance metrics.
Coordinate cross-functional work with Sales, MarCom, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Mentor and lead multiple product managers toward a unified strategy.
