Eaton’s Industrial Control Division is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Motor Control & Protection. This hybrid role can be based in Irvine, CA, with up to 25% travel.
You will own strategy, roadmaps, pricing, and launches for key product lines and partner across global teams. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Communications, Sales, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, mentor product managers, and drive profitable growth through differentiated
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience across product mgmt, strategic/technical marketing, engineering, sales, or operations; including 3+ years owning product strategy/roadmaps and price management.
- No sponsorship for immigration and no relocation benefit; candidates within 50-mile radius of specified locations preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including occasional international travel.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, roadmap, and business performance for Motor Control & Protection portfolios.
- Lead cross-functional execution with Marketing Communications, Sales, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Own pricing, value proposition development, and domestic/international product launches.
- Lead and develop multiple product managers and coordinate global launches.
