Job summary

Eaton in its Industrial Controls Division is seeking a Product Manager, High Performance Drives to join the team in a hybrid role with approximately 25% travel. The position can be based in Raleigh, NC; Beachwood, OH; Moon Township, PA or Menomonee Falls, WI.

The Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and growth initiatives for High-Performance LV VFDs, partnering across functions to identify opportunities, drive profitability, and strengthen customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of commercial experience, including product management, marketing, and/or sales.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience within the electrical market (including power distribution, motor control, automation markets).
• Experience leading new product development, product launches, and commercialization initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including forecasting, pricing, margin management, and business case development.
• No relocation benefit is being offered; willing to work within 50 miles of one of Raleigh, NC; Beachwood, OH; Moon Township, PA or Menomonee Falls, WI.
• U.S. sponsorship restrictions apply; CPT/OPT/STEM OPT not offered.

Responsibilities

• Translate market opportunities into product strategy, roadmap, and growth initiatives.
• Define and execute pricing, positioning, and value proposition strategies.
• Lead lifecycle management including development, launches, and obsolescence decisions.
• Collaborate across sales, engineering, finance, and operations to execute priorities.
• Develop sales enablement content and training to support commercialization.
• Represent the product family with customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
