Job summary

Cox Automotive's Manheim Lot Operations Modernization seeks a Lead Product Manager to own outcomes beyond the backlog and set a strategic direction for vehicle movement across the auction network. You will drive discovery, shape strategy, and build the products that reduce cost and improve efficiency daily.

You will partner with engineering, UX, and data teams to prototype, test, and validate solutions, while defining a 6–9 month roadmap and building business cases to secure funding.

Qualifications

• Move past executing a backlog and own outcomes with direction
• Lead discovery independently and turn it into a fundable business case
• Familiar with SAFe Agile methodology and PI planning
• Experience coaching or mentoring other product managers
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Own one or more interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization.
• Lead discovery efforts end-to-end - researching with field users to validate problems.
• Translate validated problems into specifications and resolve ambiguity.
• Help define a 6- to 9-month roadmap.
• Build business cases and investment documents for funding and prioritization.
• Define and monitor KPIs using Pendo and data analytics to track outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data teams to prototype and validate solutions.
• Mentor other Product Managers and influence discovery rigor and prioritization.
• Represent product area in PI planning and communicate progress to leadership.
• Champion AI-accelerated discovery and development across the team.
