Job summary

Manheim, a Cox Automotive subsidiary, seeks a Lead Product Manager for Lot Operations Modernization to shape strategy, lead discovery, and build products that reduce costs while modernizing how our lot employees move vehicles daily. You’ll drive KPIs, align with engineering and data teams, and mentor other PMs in a fast-paced, SAFe environment.

Collaborate with field users, define a 6–9 month roadmap, and champion AI-accelerated discovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6 years of PM experience.
• Experience leading discovery and turning insights into roadmaps.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile, PI planning, and program-level funding.
• Ability to mentor other product managers.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more Lot Operations Modernization problem areas.
• Lead end-to-end discovery with field users and data.
• Translate problems into clear specs and 6–9 month roadmaps.
• Develop business cases and funding documents.
• Define KPIs and monitor outcomes using analytics.
