Cox Automotive is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Lot Operations Modernization team. You will own outcome-driven initiatives, shape strategy, and guide discovery to reduce cost and waste in vehicle movement.

You will collaborate with engineering, UX, and analytics to validate solutions and define a 6–9 month roadmap, while mentoring other PMs and leading PI planning discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; multiple pathways acknowledged.
• Proven track record in discovery and turning insights into fundable business cases.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology and PI planning; strong stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization.
• Lead end-to-end discovery with field users to validate problems.
• Translate validated problems into specifications and resolve ambiguity.
• Help define a 6-9 month roadmap.
• Build business cases and investment documents for funding.
• Define and monitor KPIs using Pendo and data insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and analytics to prototype and validate solutions.
• Mentor other Product Managers and drive discovery rigor.
• Represent product area in PI planning and progress updates to leadership.
• Champion AI-accelerated discovery and adoption across the team.
• Share learnings to foster a transparent, iterative culture.
