Job summary
Cox Automotive's Manheim division seeks a Lead Product Manager for Lot Operations Modernization to shape strategy and drive discovery across the auction network. You will own problem areas, define roadmaps, build business cases, and collaborate with engineering, UX, and analytics to test and validate solutions.
You'll mentor other PMs, align with PI planning, and champion AI-accelerated discovery to move from ambiguity to clear, impactful plans. Some travel and US-based work are possible.
Qualifications
- Experience leading discovery efforts end-to-end.
- Ability to translate operational complexity into a strategy.
- Proven track record turning discovery into fundable business cases.
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies and PI planning.
Responsibilities
- Own one or more interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization.
- Lead discovery efforts end-to-end with field users and data.
- Translate validated problems into specifications and reduce ambiguity.
- Define and monitor a 6–9 month roadmap and build business cases.
- Partner with engineering, UX, and analytics to prototype and validate solutions.
- Mentor other Product Managers and contribute to PI planning.
