Cox Automotive's Manheim unit seeks a Lead Product Manager for Lot Operations Modernization. You will own problem spaces, lead discovery with field teams, and shape a 6–9 month roadmap to reduce costs and improve vehicle movement across the auction network.

You’ll translate complex operational needs into clear product specs, define KPIs, and partner with engineering, UX, and analytics to validate solutions. Strong SAFe experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of experience; or higher qualifications as stated.
• Proven track record leading discovery and turning it into a fundable business case.
• Experience coaching or mentoring other product managers.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology and PI planning.

Responsabilités

• Own one or more interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization and drive end-to-end discovery.
• Lead discovery efforts with field users to validate problems and determine value.
• Translate problems into specifications and resolve ambiguity.
• Define and monitor KPIs using data to flag deviations.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and analytics to prototype and validate solutions.
