Job summary

Cox Automotive's Manheim unit seeks a Lead Product Manager for Lot Operations Modernization. You will own strategic problem areas, drive discovery with field users, and translate insights into actionable requirements. Expect to shape a 6–9 month roadmap and build business cases for funding.

You will monitor KPIs and collaborate across engineering, UX, and analytics teams. You'll mentor other PMs, participate in PI planning, and champion AI-driven discovery to accelerate value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of experience; or a master's degree and 4 years; a Ph.D. and 1 year; or 18 years with no degree.
• Proven track record leading discovery independently and turning it into a fundable business case.
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities and translating complex problems into clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization.
• Lead discovery end-to-end with field users and strategic validation.
• Translate validated problems into specifications and resolve ambiguity.
• Help define a 6- to 9-month roadmap and build investment documents.
• Define and monitor KPIs using data sources like Pendo and field research.
