Job summary
One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a multi-vertical platform strategy spanning divisions like Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. You will lead a team of PMs and partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation, integration, and market expansion.
Success means accelerated revenue growth, efficiency gains from reducing manual entry, and diversification into adjacent verticals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or business, or equivalent education.
- 10+ years in product management, preferably in technology or SaaS.
- Proven track record from concept to launch.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma and analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
- Identify customer needs through research, data and feedback.
- Prioritize features and maintain roadmaps balancing value and feasibility.
- Translate needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
- Define KPIs, monitor ROI and drive product success.
