Job summary

McKinstry in Seattle is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst – Strategic Procurement to lead centralized management of GPO and MSA programs and oversee procurement platforms. You will partner with sales, operations and business development to position procurement tools as strategic assets and drive program growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3–4 years in architecture/engineering/construction or professional services, and strong leadership, writing, and financial analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Three to four years’ experience in architecture, engineering, construction or other professional services industry required.
• Proven leadership abilities and program/project management experience required.
• Advanced business writing and editing skills required.
• Demonstrable knowledge of finance and economics principles, with proven ability to analyze business performance from a cost, revenue, and margin perspective required.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel functions and data analysis preferred.
• Experience providing business support in a large organization or multi-office environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer multiple Group Purchase Option platforms for energy, technical services, service, and construction teams.
• Develop and manage central information hub and educate teams on GPO usage.
• Coordinate with operations on billing and payments to GPOs.
• Manage relationships with GPO organizations and track renewals/amendments.
• Develop and manage an MSA program and central catalog/database for MSAs.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations and Enablement teams to develop best practices for MSAs.
• Oversee administration of the OpenGov platform and act as key point of contact.
