Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in architecture, engineering, construction or professional services preferred.
• Proven leadership and program/project management experience required.
• Advanced business writing and editing skills required.
• Demonstrable knowledge of finance and economics with cost/revenue/margin focus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Experience in large organizations or multi-office environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion processes to enhance productivity within the unit.
• Facilitate annual goal planning with Business Unit leadership.
• Analyze data for anomalies, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop metrics and analyze trends to achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate training for new employees in the unit.
• Support design and implementation of scalable data tools.
